I worked with Byron for 3 months in the run up to the European Hockey Championship II in Hamburg.

ULTRAMARATHON RUNNER
I’ve been doing 1-1 gym sessions with Byron and following his running training plan for 5 months as I prepare for an ultramarathon and aim for a marathon PB
I’ve never felt stronger running up hills, and I can see a real improvement in my overall strength.
Byron’s personalised plan has helped me to continually push myself but still find the right balance between training and recovery
I’ve never been consistent with gym training before, but having the accountability of our regular PT sessions has made a massive difference.
